Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective cases are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for verification.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the titanium hardware and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
